Through this individual program, we build on all athletic aspects for a professional dancer/singer. We use various strength & HIIT workouts to focus on pushing the individual's endurance. We also focus on fundamental movement to prevent common injury in the industry. Another focus we emphasize is using reflexive workouts to heighten each individual's movement quality.
